Kikoy Towels

Growing up in South Africa the cool kids always came to the beach with a Kenyan Kikoy ("sarong" in Swahili) instead of a towel. Something to lay on, towel off with and even wear out to lunch, in recent years these have been lined in vibrant terry cloth as a surprise contrast to the colors of the outer towels. In the entrance hall of our home in Encinitas, California you'll always find a basket of Kikoys to grab on your way out of the house. We're so happy to share our tradition with you.

Our gorgeous traditional Kikoy towels are lined with toweling and include a velcro pocket to stash your goodies.
